[bug-gs] Incompatible Changes from Version 7.04 to 8.11

Mirko,

You did not attach the files, so we cannot analyze the nature
of the problem.

It could be that the files you are processing (at least the
rii.ps file) are recognized as EPSF files by gs8.11. Since
we had numerous problems due to EPS files not containing
a 'showpage', the default behaviour in 8.00 was changed to
autmatically perform a showpage.

This behaviour can be disabled using -dNOEPS as documented
in http://www.artifex.com/gs811/Use.htm#EPS_parameters

If -dNOEPS doesn't work, please send the file.
