[bug-gs] Building Ghostscript V8.11 on Alpha OpenVMS V7.3-1

Dear Ger,

This was spotted after the 8.11 release and was corrected. You can get
the newer src/gp_vms.c (version 1.35) from:

    http://cvs.ghostscript.com/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/gs/src/gp_vms.c
