[bug-gs] Pronblem in using Ghostscript

Symptoms:Cannot conve am html file in PDF format
Ghostscript version :  8.11
Where you got Ghostscript: Net
Hardware system you are using (including printer model if the 
problem
involves printing): Red Hat Linux 7.0
Other comments:
I am not sure if its a bug.But when I gave the folllowing command 
following error occurs:

COMMAND: gs testpage.htm test.ps
