[bug-gs] Bug 687440: Separation output for PDF

This bug is a result of an IRC conversaion with Ray.  My 
company has a need for gs to produce separated decomposed 
outputs from a vector PDF, or the ability to toggle off 
separations at will.  Process+spot colors are involved.

Miles: Ray told me to speak with you regarding paying for 
priority handling on this feature request.  If you could 
get back to me with some idea of pricing, I'd appreciate 
it.
