[bug-gs] paging problems...

hi folks,

i posted this in the gs-devel list awhile back. dunno if i should also post
it here.

anyway, i'm using gsview 4.5 in windows 2000, and i get this c++ runtime
error when i jump to a page. here's the error msg:

MS Visual C++ Runtime Lib
Assertion failed!
Program: %my program path%\gsview32.exe
File: .\src\gxccman.c
Line: 54
Expression: cc -> pair == pair

this happens when i use gs versions 8.12 - up (8.13 included). version 8.11
works ok. seems like the latest gsview has a bit of a problem with the newer
gs versions...
