[bug-gs] page orientation in ps2pdf documentation

Hi,

in the documentation of ps2pdf, e.g. http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/doc/cvs/Ps2pdf.htm
or any Ps2pdf.htm in the doc folder of gs8.11 installations
in the "Setting page orientation" section there is a little mistake:

instead of
"-c <</Orientation 3>> setpagedevice"

the option must be invoked as
-c "<</Orientation 3>> setpagedevice"
