[bug-gs] Problem with this eps and gs8.13

Is there something wrong with ths EPS or is there a GS bug? I have 
tried some other programs and they could handle it. I'd like to know 
what is wrong and if the EPS is too blame I can contact the EPS 
producing program maintainer. Here is the file

This is the command

	gs -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pngalpha -sOutputFile=outputfile.png
