[bug-gs] GS7.07 loses image when concatenating.

Use <URL: http://phaseit.net/tmp/pdf/bad/proposal.pdf > as input.
Note the image labeled "Figure 1" on page 3.  When I use ghostscript
to concatenate this single file:
  gs7.07 -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=pdfwrite \
	  -sOutputFile=result7.pdf proposal.pdf
the resulting result7.pdf has no visible image on page 3. 

This constitutes an emergency for one of my clients.  I'd welcome
any suggestions that lead us to a more capable PDF concatenator,
including for-fee software or corrections.

The pertinent host for my current need is a vanilla Debian x86 Linux:
  Linux ... 2.4.20-1-686-smp #1 SMP Wed Mar 19 00:00:45 EST 2003 i686 GNU/Linux
