[bug-gs] GS7.07 loses image when concatenating.

Dear Cameron,
Sorry for the delay in response, but our mailing list was clogged
for a while.
I recommend upgrading to the AFPL Ghostscript 8.13 release. The
problem was resolved (along with many other improvements).
If you have to have a GPL licensed release, we are due to release
8.0x under the GPL license fairly soon and this problem is fixed
in 8.0x ('x' is because I'm not sure what minor version this will
be). I recommend AFPL 8.13 since it is much improved.
