Ghostscript and jbig2dec.

The attached customer file loses graphics after conversion with
pdfwrite, but other devices seem to be fine.  It looks like the
graphics are there, but under a layer and hidden.

ppmraw -r72 01_001.pdf : In the big text "571-L" the vertical stem in
'L' is wider than in 'L', but GS renders the first one narrower than
the second one.  The problem happens due to two stem boundaries are
grid-fitted independently.  Use the stem width instead StdVW.

#687579 - INTERNAL - Type 1 hinter disturbs glyph height

ppmraw -r72 033-52-5873.pdf, the word "closing" : "s" renders higher
then other glyphs. This problem was fixed a month ago, but the fix
appears incomplete. In the test case the reason is that the upper
horisontal stem is recognised in an opposite direction (hint->g1 <
hint->g0) and the hinter aligns the lower boundary instead the uppor
one.
