[bug-gs] Ghostsciprt build problem

I am using Digital Unix (DG UX R4.20MU07)

I am using GS version 6.5

 

When I try to build the ghostscript package I get.  

# make

        ./obj/echogs -w ./obj/ldt.tr -n - cc  -o ./bin/gs

UX:ld: ERROR:  fatal error: library not found: -lpthread

Fatal error in /usr/bin/ld

If anyone has compiled ghostscript(any version) of DG UX R4.20 please let me
know what compiler flags you set to get it to work and how you fixed any
problems you had with getting it to compile.
