The mailing lists at ghostscript.com require a keyword "xefitra"
(Artifex spelled backwards) in the subject line or on the email
header with an X-Fnord: tag.
I am forwarding this to the bug-gs at ghostscript.com for evaluation
to see if it is a bug or to see if there is something you need
to do to get the results you expect. Most likely we will request
the Test2.pdf file so we don't have to create a PDF that has the
characteristics of your file.
