Subject: [bug-gswin] Problem with gs 8.12, 813 and printing under OS/2

Symptoms: When printing, the result is about 14mm lower than it should be.
(gvpm 4.5 + gs 8.12 or 8.13)
On display everything is O.K.
With gvpm 4.5 and gs 8.11 the printing is O.K. too.

hi folks,

i posted this in the gs-devel list awhile back. dunno if i should also post
it here.

anyway, i'm using gs in windows, and i get this c++ runtime error when i
jump to a page. here's the error msg:

MS Visual C++ Runtime Lib
Assertion failed!
Program: %my program path%\gsview32.exe
File: .\src\gxccman.c
Line: 54
Expression: cc -> pair == pair

this happens when i use versions 8.12 - up (8.13 included). version 8.11
works ok.
