[bug-gswin] Problem with gs 8.12, 813 and printing under OS/2

Symptoms: When printing, the result is about 14mm lower than it should be.
(gvpm 4.5 + gs 8.12 or 8.13)
On display everything is O.K.
With gvpm 4.5 and gs 8.11 the printing is O.K. too.
