[bug-pcl] No built-in fonts found during initialization

Drive letters are an issue so I recommend keeping everything on the same
drive.

c:\windows\fonts  is the default place to copy the fonts found in the
urwfonts directory.

There is an environment variable to can use if you choose no to use the
default location, not the trailing slash is important.

PCLFONTSOURCE=c:/windows/fonts/
