Try the pxlmono device -sDEVICE=pxlmono, it generates pclxl.
Generally Artifex pcl6 supports the same output devices as ghostscript
and you can read about those in the ghostscript documentation.  You
may need to modify pcl6's Makefiles to add a new device and rebuild
the software.
