[bug-pcl] Rotate PDF output?

I'm using GhostPCL on some HPGL2 plotfiles, to convert them to PNG (via PNM)
and PDF format.  The results are beautiful, except that our plot files are
plotted "upside-down"  (Somehow it never mattered on a hardcopy plotter! ;)
)

I can rotate the PNM output with pnmflip, but how can I rotate the PDFs 180
degrees so they'll be "right side up"?

I tried -dTrayOrientation=180 but it didn't make any difference.
