[bug-pcl] PDF files made with GhostPCL much larger than ones
made with Acro bat

GhostPCL currently doesn't have a way to set distiller parameters, by
default we generate high resolution images.
In the mean time you can run the resulting pdf through gs to generate a
smaller file.
