[bug-pcl] What causes "error code -25"?

Sorry to post so many questions in short order, but I've run into another
issue.  Some of our HPGL/2 plotfiles cause GhostPCL to produce this error:
"Warning interpreter exited with error code -25"
When this happens, no image is produced.  What causes this error?  I can
provide a plotfile that triggers it, if it will help.
