[bug-pcl] What causes "error code -25"?

This is a parse error of the BP command if you insert a semicolon this
will fix it for now.
BP5,1,1," #1/LY04-063 09_Concrete (1)";INWU0NP256QL

Removing the control panel string will also work.

We'll get this fixed for the next release.
