[bug-pcl] problem with pcl macro (artifex)

Hi Stefan,

We too are trying to overlay a pcl text file onto a form defined as a pcl
macro.  Is there a command line option to pcl6 to pass in a pcl macro along
with the pcl text file that we want to overlay?  We were successful at
cating both files together and passing the output to pcl6 but are looking
for command line options that might process the conversion faster.
