[bug-pcl] No Device PDFWRITE (xefitra)

I used a hex editor to add $(DD)\pdfwrite.dev to the DEVICE_DEVS in
pcl6_msvc.mak

 

I believe I could have used notepad but I find it faulty at times for
editing non-CRLF text files.

 

It worked for me but when I run the command line programs it leaves a lot on
the screen.  I don't really care because it worked for me.

 

I also had to comment out lines in ..\gs\src\~!@#.mak to get rid of an error
to compile it in the first place.

 

This might do something also but I doubt it.  I changed the directory listed
in the common directory for DEVSTUDIO= because it was wrong on my system.

 

But everything seems to be working pretty good for me.
