[bug-pcl] Non A4 Formats

is it possible to render 
PCL file (with included HP/GL) with nonstandard resolution (16.3 x A4) to
bitmap?

i use GhostPCL 1.40 but it renders ONLY one A4 Page

i don't know if it is a bug or feature?
