[bug-pcl] Non A4 Formats

Martin,

We support HP/GL2 with RTL for plotters to enable this use -PRTL.
This will enable the PS plot size command in your file.

You can also use the -g<W>x<H> to set a HWSize the maximum paper size
for inputs that don't specify the plot size.
