I had sent my original email to support at artifex, they suggested this
email address. They also said my sample file had crlf issues, we are
creating a test version of the program which created the sample to use
either cr or lf to see if that solves the conversion issue. The issues
related to building and displaying on an X11 console I believe are bugs.
