[bug-pcl] Ghostpcl 1.41 for Windows

Hi,

did anybody manage to compile Ghostpcl 1.41 for Windows Systems and would be
willing to send it to me? I wouldn't want to install Cygwin just for the
compiling.

The Ghostpcl 1.38 from Ghostgum is not willing to make pdf-files on my
system.
