[bug-pcl] pcl2pdf.bat fails with error "Unknowndevice name pdfwrite"

Hi,

we built GhostPCL on Windows XP using MSVC6

attempt to use the provided pcl2pdf.bat script fails badly with the
error message

"Unknown device name pdfwrite."

Are there any preconditions for using the pdfwrite device, isnt it
included in the Windows build?
We have GhostScript 8.0 and GSview 4.4 installed on the system used for
building/testing.

and we miss an FAQ section or document.
