[bug-pcl] pcl2pdf.bat fails with error "Unknowndevice name pdfwrite"

Hi Peter,

Pdfwrite isn't in the windows MSVC makefiles at the moment, It needs 
some makefile patchs to work again.
In the meantime you can try the cygwin build, or the previous 1.40 release.
Sadly my aversion to developing software on windows is showing.
