[bug-pcl] PCL5e with bitmap images causes segmentation fault

Worked for me.
1.41 on sco unix 5.0.6 built with gcc 2.95.3
It did generate error messages, but it didn't crash and it did create a pdf
that looks OK to me.
Here is the error messages:
