[bug-pcl] GhostPCL output corrupted

Sorry Daniel,

The MSVC build shipped without pdfwrite and it isn't trivial to put it 
back in.  Your choices are to go back to the 1.40 version, use cygwin to 
build, or wait till we release with a fixed msvc build for pdfwrite.
