[bug-pcl] pcl error

Dear Sir,

Sorry for disturbing you, but I don't know where is the right place to ask.

I download ghostpcl_1.41, then make fonts, make product, make install.
I have this dirs 
XINCLUDE=-I/usr/X11R6/include
XLIBDIRS=-L/usr/X11R6/lib

but, when I try to 

pcl6 -sDEVICE=pswrite file

I get: 
AFPL Ghostscript CVS PRE-RELEASE 8.13: **** Could not open the file  .
Unable to open new device

Additionally I got some encoded char in my pcl file (cp437/cp852/utf8,
I can set these), but after pcl6 (to the screen, as default) I lost
my accent chars.
