[bug-pcl] Rotate 180

I am trying to get PCL6 to rotate all pages in my document files by 180 degrees with no sucess. I am runing on Windows. Can anyone supply a possible parameter? 
If that's not possible, can someone supply the command string which I could inject into the PCL data stream (which I capture and write to a file). I don't know much PCL. Also would it be used at the start of every page?
