[bug-pcl] Issue with GhostPcl and colors

Hi Dorick,
It's colorspace issue. If you use xpdf to view the output pdf you will see
the color as 0,56,115. If you use a tool that looks at the colorspace it
will be different. Both Ghostscript and Acrobat will give you a different
screen color because they map the color using input and output colorspace
information.
Ghostpcl used as a printer would map it's output to the devices colorspace,
used with pdfwrite we do not allow you to change the output colorspace.
