[bug-pcl] T3Font embedded during PCL to PDF conversion

I have been doing some testing with the PCL6 program from GhostPCL v1.41 and I am having a problem 
with the rules regarding the embedding of PCL soft fonts.  I have a PCL file which has 2 different 
scalable downloaded soft fonts.  One of the fonts converts to an embedded subset TrueType font 
(which is exactly what I want), while the other converts to a Type 3 font with custom coding (which 
is NOT what I want).  I can find no obvious differences in the PCL font descriptor headers or the 
subsequent font selection code.  Can somebody point me to the source module(s) which is responsible 
for converting from a PCL downloaded scalable font to TrueType vs. Type 3 font?
