[bug-pcl] PCL3GUI supported?

Hi Eric,

We currently don't have PCL3GUI read capability.  We would need to add
support for whatever the image compression scheme is.  If you happen to find
a specification that would help but even with that it's likely to be months
as this is a relatively low priority feature for us.
