Goals / Requirements for Fitz

Hi Raph,

I finally have some time to devote to Fitz.  I've had a look at the code 
from your prototype.

I thought a good place to start might be to list the things I think Fitz 
needs to support.  Would you mind eyeballing this list and giving me 
your comments?
