I've never used Wiki for collaboration, but I'm happy to try.

Perhaps a CVS repository, too?

Should we try to set things up on one of my machines (like, say, 
haskell.org), one of yours, or some neutral place like SourceForge?  I'm 
fine with any of them, but your commercial plans might eliminate SF.
