Doesn't work at -r1200x600...
$ gs861 -q -dBATCH -dSAFER -dQUIET -dNOPAUSE -sPAPERSIZE=letter -g10200x6600
-r1200x600 -sDEVICE=pbmraw  '-sOutputFile=xxx' -_ < ~/tmp/attachment.cgi 
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Works at -r600x600...
$ gs861 -q -dBATCH -dSAFER -dQUIET -dNOPAUSE -sPAPERSIZE=letter -g5100x6600
-r600x600 -sDEVICE=pbmraw  '-sOutputFile=xxx' -_ < ~/tmp/attachment.cgi 
$ eog xxx

Also, it works on 64-bit x84_64 machines in either case...
