I have 32-bit Fedora 8 on a Core2Duo.
gcc -O -pipe -Wall -Wpointer-arith -Wstrict-prototypes -Wwrite-strings \
	-DHAVE_MKSTEMP=1 -DOVERSAMPLE=0 -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer \
	-DFAX_INLINE=1 -I../obj -I. -S gsmisc.c
mv gsmisc.s gsmisc-orig.s
