I don't have a copy of arialuni.ttf anywhere on my system. I have 9 different
fonts of the form Arial*.ttf, none of them are arialuni.ttf. This suggests that
either you upgraded an earlier version of Windows, installed Office 2007, or
acquired the font by some other means (possibly different flavours of Vista
install different fonts).

In any event, I don't have a copy of the font.

Have you tried using a more recent version of Ghostscript and ps2write ?
