Seems to be a problem with the 'colour spaces in C' code. The test file is
technically illegal, it contains a /DeviceN colour space with the /All ink.
Acrobat allows this (typical), and so do we, but the space is converted to a
/Separation /All space (Acrobat only allows a single /All ink with DeviceN). For
some reason the name is being generated incorrectly leading to weird separation
names.
It seems that the areas of the PDF file showing problems are all in /DeviceN
/All colour space, so I guess this is the total problem. I just need to figure
out why the ink is incorrectly named....
