Running the following command:
/usr/local/gs-8.61/bin/gs -dNOPAUSE -dSAFER -dBATCH -dNOINTERPOLATE
-dCOLORSCREEN=false -dNOCIE -dNOPSICC -dEPSCrop -r145.944 -q -sDEVICE=ppmraw
-sOutputFile=/tmp/imaging24873.ppm exco_1200321168650.eps

Results in the following:
GPL Ghostscript 8.61: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

Note that the EPS file is a customer provided EPS and appears to be produced by
Freehand 10.
