This patch fixes the customer's original problem with the "gray" text being
black as well as the Cyan Rectangle in the trani.pdf becoming Black.

This does _not_ fix the problem in the simple test case (trani.pdf) where the
SMask in the ExtGState is solid (SMask ignored) so the (Cyan) rectangle is
still
solid.
