The customer reports and I've verified that there are issues with the gradation
in the attached file (see screenshot.png for example).  From the customer's
original email:

The attached file is made with 2 spot colors, which have CIEBasedABC as
alternate colorspace.
The rendering of the solid patchs is correct, but the colors in the gradation
(which is made with exacly the same spots) is completely wrong.

The command line I'm using:

  bin/gs -sDEVICE=ppmraw -o test.ppm ./SpotCIE.pdf
