In the attached all the pages after the first are rendered with a large X across
the page by GhostPCL head (r3089+8795).  This X isn't present when the file is
printed to an HP LaserJet 6MP.

The command line I'm using: 

  pcl6 -r600 -sDEVICE=pbmraw -sOutputFile=test.pbm ./31_05.BIN
