Uncovered a new (I think) regression while testing some colour stuff. The
PostScript file for bug #688467 now gives a '/invalidfont in
--.type42execchar--' error. Older GS versions run the file without problem. (the
job is an Audi advert)

There are a number of new warnings of the form "loca' length 468 is greater than
numGlyphs 233 in the font RZYLBC+AudiSans-Roman-OV-SZYLBC'. I suspect (but have
no real evidence) this issue may be related to change 8354 for bug #689516, only
because the log mentions changes for 'loca' and numGlyphs.
