A customer reported that the error message we produce when an entry in CIDFMAP points to a missing 
font is confusing.  For example, with this CIDFMAP entry:

  /test           /FontMissing-Bold ;

produces this message:

  Error: /undefinedresource in /test

However, the resource /test isn't missing; it's redefined to be /FontMissing-Bold, which is missing.

Therefore a more better message would be "Error: /undefinedresource in /FontMissing-Bold".
