A modified test file, which renders right glyphs. For a correct work it needs
this record in gs\Resource\Init\cidfmap :

/PalatinoLinotype-Roman << /FileType /TrueType /Path
(F:/AFPL/MLC2/PROB0041-690167/PalatinoLinotype-Roman.TTF) /SubfontID 0 /CSI
[(Unicode) 1] >> ;

Please edit the font file path in it.

Note this document doesn't use glyph names at all. Particularly it doesn't
include a CMap.

At this point I remembered that the current HEAD includes another change
related to /Unicode.Unicode /CIDDecoding, which is important for this test. Due
to it gs8.63 won't work as it is. So please use the current revision 9237 or
younger.
