Here it is. Please be aware that I have done almost no testing with this file 
at all. I have run it through one test to Acrobat, nothing more. I can't really

recommend using it in production at the moment (testing to follow).

Also, although this will break large fonts (eg the one in bug #690012) into
multiple strings, we now know this will not work with your printer, nor with
Adobe Acrobat. Smaller fonts (< 64Kb) should work as before.
