Thanks, Hin-Tak, but the fundamental problem (that causes the dialog or error)
is more of a concern.

The previous tiff32nc (and related tiff devices) were able to process up to
(max_long >> 2) (or so) length output without needing to allocate RAM for the
page on the host. That is TOTALLY the point of the clist logic and the settings
for -dMaxBitmap and -dBufferSpace.

Rendering from the clist to a device, ideally, should not allocate a large
amount of RAM.
